30 cm x 22.5 cm, Oil, 20 min time-limited study from a photo found on the Croquis Cafe
This morning I was asked to take part at a joint exhibition showing various approaches to quick life figure sketching ... pencil, charcoal, watercolor, etc. (Etc is my preferred abreviation for i do not know more) I will be presenting life figure studies with oils. The event is on December 3rd.
I will take this as an opportunity to specifically train my skills in this area over the coming three weeks, also using photos. So the upper study is the starting point of a massive before/after project. Those projects, when successfull, usually result in a slimmer figure... hope mine not, but in longer legs!
